the origional Gibson and epiphone Thunderbird headstocks are the coolest Ive ever seen...kinda like a fender, but not...I like the upturned part that makes kind of a frame for the tuners, and you gotta love the raised part in the middle. Mine is painted 2 tone so its like an outline
 
I voted Fender for looks, but in-line 4 headstocks are so annoying to play because they love to dive. My favorite headstock on any instrument ever is James Hetfield's ESP Explorer. The one that's all mahogany with two humbuckers and some kind of shiny winding inlay down the neck. The headstock on that thing is kind of Ovation looking only cooler. I almost died when I saw it!
