Best Headstock Design

Oh yes! Guarenteed! That bass is the **** man! I got to play on one for like 30 seconds and it felt better than ANY bass I have EVER played before (in my short 3 year bassing career[sp?]). But man, wow, so many different sounds out of one bass, and I didn't even get to play with all the knobs . But yeah, it might be graphite, but OMFG, what a nice bass...And amazingly enough, it didn't cut myself on it ...

Now that I have a Tobias headstock filling my flat screen, I may like it more than the Ric, but not more than the Squire Ric.

Actually I just noticed that Phil's headstcok is different to mine although they are both Classic Vs - so mine has more of a curve like a semi-circle, on each side, immediately above the nut - whereas Phil's is more of a straight line?

Also - Phil's is more like a flat slab of wood, whereas mine has more rounded edges - all the sharp lines have been rolled off quiet considerably.

It more than likely distortion of the headstock by the camera, unless you're talking about the part that fans out from the nut, which from the back is very rounded though the front may look more straight.

That's the bit - it definitely looks different to mine! Overal mine is more rounded and less like sharp edges. I'm not suprised though as they were continually developing - the ones Brad has are completely different!

The Black Eagle headstocks do kick ass but most of the ones still around today have broken headstocks.
