Best Headstock Design

Warwcik´s head preferaly 6 strings
Tobias basses (they are kind of cool)
Tung basses
i only own the thumb!

but what the heck! i love those headstocks!

gotta go with a tobias, but if you want a real nasty lookin headstock, the BC Rich tends to look like it could claw out your eyeballs

Can G&L really be called a Fender ripoff? I mean after all, it is the man's design. Who can blame him for using something (his own design) that he already felt comfortable with.

Besides, I dont think that the G&L headstocks were ever that "Fender like" that he could be sued for using it. Maybe I havent seen the earliest examples, but im pretty sure I have. The ones I've seen are rounder by the hooked part at the bottom, and where the knob at the top meets the rest of the headstock.

yup i vote MM too. I wish that they made their stingray 5's with a 3+2 headstock.. that would be much cooler. this poll was origionally for 4 strings though, and i think MM is the coolest for that.

the Fenders are more practical. You don't get carpal tunnel trying to get to the other side. Then again, what is more classic than the Fender?

I'm liking the headstock I just finished sanding/shaping tonight (i'm never building anything with wenge again - omg this stuff is awful)

It's a sort of MM 3+1 (but instead, 2 - and on the top), with a bit of Yamaha RBX* (they have very little in common).
