Best IEMs around $100

I’m looking for a good pair of IEMs. I’ve used a bunch of kz pairs which are great, but wondering if it gets better around the $100 mark. Can be a bit under or over. Looking for something that’s really balanced so I can also mix music, but doesn’t slouch in the bass range.

What are your recommendations?

I know you said you tried some KZs. These are the higher-end KZ ZARs with 8 drivers. They sell for around $95. I purchased these when I had to send my custom-fit Westones ($1300 7-years ago) in for servicing. These KZs were a fine replacement. 7 balanced armature units per side makes for nice audio experience. An additional direct driver in each ear enhances the bass response.

I’m not sure where you’re going to find 8-drivers per side anywhere near that price point. I mean sure, my Westones have 6-drivers per side and admittedly do sound nicer. But $1200 nicer? Probably not.
