LOVE that RR! My wife and I are thinking about taking on either a RR or a Doberman puppy this fall.
Australian Shepherd
We have four dogs, one of them being an Australian Shepherd/Pit Bull mix. Mom was Aussie, Dad was Pit. Brains and brawn, what a combination.

I can't take either of my dogs out, without catching some female attention.
We've had two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and they were both great dogs. The picture I posted earlier was of our second - a female. We still have her and she's twelve now. Here's a picture of our first one when he was about 10 weeks old. He was a real cutie. He was also smart as a whip. While our fence was being built we had to keep in the garage. He was about six months old and he figured out how to slide a window sideways and then he jumped through it. The second picture is him as an adult. He grew to weigh 150 pounds. He was a really great dog and we miss him a lot.

Thanks Mike. I forgot to mention, for the last several years we have been naming our dogs after musical things - characters, songs, or bands. The two Ridgebacks were named Maxwell Silverhammer and Eleanor Rigby. Our miniature dachsunds are named Mustang Sally, Jumpin Jack Flash, and Jethro Tull.

For a dog critter, I think that these are amazingly cute puppies.
But, they grow up. The pix I've seen of these critters full grown are not as cute as the puppies.
