I've never used an electric bass method book for my teaching studio, but sometimes i feel like my students lack direction and organization in their playing, particularly the beginners. I've always used method books with URB, and learned from one myself, it was very helpful. I've thumbed through alot of these books but have never used them (and was frankly unimpressed by most of them), so i was wondering if anyone who has taught has any suggestions on which methods books would be worth trying out.
