Best new hybrid amp under $1000?

Orange TB500 has the most old school 'tubey' vibe out of any of the little hybrids out now. IMHO, of course!

I love the MB800, I just sold mine off though. If I did it over again I wished I had gone with the Fusion instead. The MB's a powerful amp but I can see why some people don't like the tone.

I debated long and hard before going with the Fusion 800. I find that most of my grindy "ride the rails" tone comes from my Sansamp RBI and darkglass b7k, so I didn't need the MB800. The fusion gives me the option of a little bit more of a rounded tone when I m playing full clean. I think I could of been ok with either, but I also figured I could sell the MBF800 and dropped down to the regular version if I wasn't satisfied.
