I picked up a quilter BB800 used for $400 a few years ago and have exactly zero amp GAS. It's non traditional tone shaping is actually a lot more effective than it looks at first sight.

We have found that demand for heads/cabs/combos has been dwindling for several years now. While it's always painful to let something go, we have to analyze how long it will take to sell X-number of whatever based on the minimum order quantities to reorder all the parts (which are never small numbers). If the numbers don't work, in terms of tying up cash flow, then that's that.
