Best Sounding 5-string JAZZ bass passive pickups

Hey guys I just picked up an awesome SX SJB-75 5 string Jazz copy and I have it playing fantastically...its a great playing bass!!! But the pickups are a tad weak...

what do you guys recommend for good 5-string jazz bass replacement pups?

and would a new tone capacitor help the sound at all? I mainly play guitar and different vintage tone caps have given me great improvement in sound and tone...does it also work the same for bass?

Any replies are greatly appreciated!
