Best Way To Hook This Set-Up Up?

So I want to run a Warm Audio Invalid Link Removed (preamp) into a Invalid Link Removed (EQ) and then into a Invalid Link Removed (compressor).

What's the best way to hook this up?

I'm thinking:

Mic/Instrument into Preamp -> XLR output of the preamp ->XLR input of the EQ -> balanced 1/4" output of EQ ->balanced 1/4" input of compressor ->balanced 1/4" output of compressor -> Line input of interface?

I'm aware of HOW to hook it up, just looking to see if there's a better way than what I just listed. Always looking to have more experienced people double-check my thought processes

Have you considered a small patch bay? That would allow you to patch in or omit the components in whatever order makes sense for the task at-hand whenever you want. Short of that I'd go preamp, EQ, compressor, AD.

I've considered a small patch bay but haven't found any videos (or something0 that helped me completely understand how to hook it up. It's a little confusing for me. It would definitely help, though. Don't want to screw anything up haha

Patch bays can be confusing because you can wire them in a TON of different ways. Sweetwater has an excellent guide a few years ago that you might be able to find.

If you’re always going to use all three pieces in the same order I would just go with what you lined out, which my recommendation mirrored.
