Nice. The jack is a really great cab. I like the tiltback. I've done that on some omni's but not on a 2x jack.

BFM Jack 210 Build

I bought the extension handle here. tchweb.com So far it is working well. I haven't noticed and rattling for any of the hardware. Most of the hardware I bought from http://www.speakerhardware.com and recommend it. Can I get a discount now Leland (jk). I am figuring out what to build next. Thinking it is going to be DR200. Was going to do t39s next but neo drivers have gotten really expensive. I'm really glad I bought the drivers for my Jack before this insane price increase.
I thought I would give an update on this cab as I have now played a couple dozen gigs with it.
I have switched to using a Shuttlemax 9.2 head and am very happy with the amp.
This cab is a beast! It is amazing how much sound comes out of it. I have played in some large ball rooms and outdoor festivals and I have yet to turn my master volume much past 9 o'clock. I get a nice, clear and detailed tone that works very well live. With the EQ flat there is a mid-range hump that is nice for cutting through live. The cab takes EQ very well. I have my tube channel setup with a touch of distortion and the bass rolled off a bit, makes for a great finger style tone. I have my Fet channel setup for slap with a mid cut and boost in the highs. I am very happy with this cab.
I have built a full BFM PA consisting of 2 T39 23" subs and 2 Jack 10s. I will eventually be replacing the Jack 10s with DR200s. The PA sounds great! It is so much clearer than the Mackie system it has replaced. The lows are very articulate. I can hear and feel them in a way I never did with the Mackies. Everyone in the band has comented on how much better it sounds.
When I ran my bass direct into my old Mackie system I thought it sounded horrible. With the BFM system is sounds like a huge bass amp. I would have no problem playing through this PA with no back-line.
I have also had a chance to play through a single Jack 10. There is a lot more mid-range and less lows with a single 10. I don't mind as I like a lot of mid-range. Again these cabs take EQ very well so with a bit of bass boost it sounds solid and loud. I could easily play my gig with a single Jack. Which is amazing when you see how small and light these cabs are.
I just think it is really cool that something you can build yourself can sound this good.

Nice! Have fun with it. I want to build more I just don't have time atm. Someday I would like to build a Jack 12 or 15.
So will a pair of Jack 10's be showing up for sale in the near future? Ashville's not that far from Atlanta, I might be willing to make the trip...
