Big bass muff deluxe not working?

Hi everyone!

So I just bought the EHX Big bass muff pi Deluxe. When I plug it in the Crossover lamp light up, but the bypass stays off. If I push the bypass button it still doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

If it's on a power daisychain try it on a dedicated power supply

The crossover (left button) doesn't work without the fuzz enabled (right button). When both are enabled you're not getting any effect at all? Neither fuzz nor crossover?

Can you show a picture or describe your settings? Don't mess with the crossover at first. Just turn the fuzz on and get that working. Also, make sure you're not plugged into the direct out.
