Have any of these cabs made their way to the NJ area? I'd love to give one a run through; I can bring a Monique > Crest Pro Lite 2.0 fwiw.

112 in the wild. No camera filter just a crap tone of lights, movers, lasers, ect. I like the sound of it so far, warmer low end than the flex, but very nice highs and mids. Supportive yet not bloated. Hard to describe actually, very very different from all the other mas cabs.

It's interesting that you say warmer than the Flex but it got me thinking----to me---the Flex has its warmth in the mid to upper bass region but is tighter/leaner in the mid to low bass. I feel that the 112 is flatter in the upper bass region but fuller in the mid bass down into the lower bass. Both have similar speed but with just a different voicing in the bass.

HUGE fun at the Asheville and Nashville hangs. OMG---the skill level of the bassists in Asheville was insane---on both electric and upright. Huge thanks to Jake and Zach for organizing a great GTG at a super cool music venue. It was fun seeing Gard (of Roscoe). He got to see how I butchered my Century Signature!

Big thanks also to Nomatic and Chopper Anderson (as well as John of Bluesman Vintage). We did it at John's showroom and shop. I was drooling over how his shop was equipped. Chopper (Alien Audio)makes super cool basses. The absolute best I've seen of a Fender vibe and function---in the modern era. David Hungate and Willie Weeks play them. John's basses are likely the best recreations of vintage Fenders (I thought that his "57 P was the real thing when I saw it---until I saw his logo). At a criminally low price for an instrument of this quality.

Both GTG's had about 40 people show up. Nashville was a who's who of top players. The most fun was when bassist Anthony Joyner tuned one of Chopper's basses down to a low A and cranked a 112. (I told him to do his worst!)

And a teaser--I'll start a thread but both Nomatic and I are buying the new Fatboy direct box. The Nashville studio guys are now leaving their studio racks with vintage Neve and API channels at home. Jeez---I know I sound fickle but we wound up using the Fatboy as a preamp into the 1200 watt Ice. It was the best amp sound I've EVER heard. Really.

There are some MAS45's and 25's in the NYC area. More of an upright cab. Can't remember if there's anything in Jersey.We do offer 2 week trials--pm me.

Wow the bass hangs were a riot!
I quite enjoyed the Roscoe basses in Asheville and I must say the Bluesman Vintage basses of Nashville were legit leo fender era gems.
It was very telling the reaction of a couple of the top Nashville guys when comparing two Aguilar 112 to one MAS 112...
I think both were endorsers and Mike's 112 destroyed the GS112s.
There was some shaking of heads and talking under the breath about how the MAS killed.

You may mix and match at will just do not point the loudspeakers directly facing each other. Side by side with a sight cross-fire angle with the leading edges as choose to touching as possible is where I would start.

Mike hipped me to that when I reported that I had a hard time with frequency balance (too much lows/lo mids) with the top cab on the floor. I bought a nice speaker stand, and it is an extremely big improvement when playing with just the top cab. ZERO issues with low end loss when elevated, like with other cabs.

But when adding the 110 sub, it's okay with everything on the floor? That part I haven't read anything about.
