My default bass (and my baby) is a '64 AVRI Jazz. So its safe to say I'm used to that style neck. Then I get a new baby a few days ago (2018 Stingray Special) and I'm kind of falling in love w/these Big Fat Necks.
By big fat I mean something in the range of 1-5/8" (41.3 mm) at nut 2-1/2" (63.5 mm) at last fret with 11" (27.9 cm) neck radius. I've played a P bass before and i'm pretty sure the specs of my Stingray neck are in the ball park of a P style neck..right?
Anyhoo I love how it feels ..thats all.
