I purchased a GR Bass AT-110 350 powered bass cabinet last fall. A few months later, it developed some problems - buzzing sound at certain frequencies. I contacted GR Bass per their warranty policies, thus began a long process of trying to determine what was causing the problem. First step was replacing the woofer - no luck. After multiple WhatsApp calls with the owner and head designer, I just received a new cabinet with all new electronics, shipped to me at no cost. They spent many hours with me trying to determine the problem, without success. They went above and beyond to make things right. Kudos to Andrea and his team at GR!

+1 for GR Bass customer service. Last year one of my two custom 212 Slim combos was fading out and distorting. I contacted them and posted vids of the problem and we were able to organize it where a guitar friend of mine who was going to NAMM was able to drop off the combo at the GR Bass booth (luckily my friend is a mover so it was no big deal to him. He was astounded how light it was). GR Bass shipped the combo back with the rest of their NAMM products on a ship which took forever. They were unable to replicate the issue at the factory but installed a brand new head anyways and shipped it back to me. Great support!

Yep they are. I did hear from the company that I purchased it from (Speciality Traders in WV - great online store with excellent pricing, btw) that they are in discussions with GR to set up some type of North American repair operation. That would help alot with the occasional problem that arises.

Same. My cab had an internal vibration issue. They asked me to bring it back to the shop who asked the distributor to repair it, but infortunately it came back to me quickly but unsolved. So the shop sent it back to Italy at no charge. I've asked if they could change the impedence of the cab during the repair process, because I had bought the 4ohm version of a 210 and I wish I had taken the 8ohm version. They did, at no charge!!! During all the process the email communication with GR Support was super fast, like even during the week-end. It finally came back quickly, perfectly working this time, with the changed impedence. It's the best customer experience in my whole life, ever.

A company that bends over backwards to to make their customers happy?🤔
What a concept!
You'd think they're trying to build brand loyalty or something. 😏
Yeah.
On the other side, I don't trust their communication AT ALL.

Their specs are often exagerated and they were using very misleading "photos" for their Natural Fiber cabs (sadly seems to be discontinued on their new website).

I guess it partly comes from their "latin" culture, but I don't trust them any more.
I've sent them several emails on that topic, they answered politely but ignored my comments anyway.

IMO Great products, outstanding customer support, but excessive communication.

I will agree that the specs can be inaccurate. However, I think part of that is due to a lag in updating the website as the products are evolving, or dealers flush with old stock not able to align with the latest factory specs. Published photos on dealer websites seem to show a combination of old and new designs. In my own experience, The GR website weight spec for an AT 212 Slim ACT is 26.2lbs. The dealers list it at 28.6lbs. My bathroom scale method varies between 31 and 32lbs or right around there....either way (weigh...lol), well over 30lbs. which is a huge difference from 26.2lbs when paying premium $$ for the benefit of shaving pounds off of our gear. But mine is a 2023 model, according to the seller, with the handles on the side, so maybe they were a little heavier a couple of years ago? I have a new AT Cube 800 combo that is right in line with the 19.8lb. spec.
