Big tapewound or flatwound

Looking for the largest tapewound or flatwound guages I can find. So far I can only find 135's, and looking for 140 plus. Any help? Links?
Tapewounds no, I'm not aware of any.

As for flatwounds, your best (or only) bet is Garry Goodman's Octave4Plus:
Sub Contra Flatwounds
^ Per the page, they make flats in 140, 150, 160, 170, 175, 180 and 188 gauge, plus a C#0 string of undisclosed diameter.
