bigdecal.com??? Any Experience?

I was just wondering because I have a neck I need to finish that is going on a P body and I would pickup one of their decals just for the hell of it.

Has anyone tried them and can they comment on the quality?

There is a notice on the page that says that he'd like for people to not post links to the site on public forums like this. It makes it more likely that someone will knock on his door and shut down his operation.

I have never purchased one of those logos so I'm not sure of their quality. If you really need one then it is probably the best way to get it, short of buying transfer paper and making your own.

I'm rather bummed because I procrastinated getting a decal from him to replaced the damaged one on one of my basses...now he's gone :crying:

I understand Fender's reasoning for trying to protect their trademark and all but they make it so darned hard to get a replacement that it forces the great unwashed to go looking elsewhere.

If anyone here knows if he resurfaced somewhere else under a different name or you can recommend somewhere else that makes accurate decals, that would be great...just drop me a PM....best keep these places from prying eyes...

Thanks

Wow, I bought one of their decals a few weeks ago and now it's gone. The decal quality was awesome, I couldn't have been happier with it. Sad that the sites gone.
