Bill Lawrence pickups

Has anyone tried the 500 series Bill Lawrence humbuckers in their bass? Any opinions? Here is a pic of an old BC Rich that had them in there.

isn't that a guitar pickup? If so Dimebag used it in his old Dean guitar B4 he got a signature series. his old set up was a bill lawrence L-500 Bridge SD pearly gates neck.

Yeah, it's a guitar pickup, but you can use it for bass because the pickups are bars instead of poll pieces.

Anyone used these before?
