Thats strange... I know he released his Compression CD sometime last winter but on his list of what he uses he listed "Charlie Stringer Strings" went on his Yamaha Attitude Bass.

hmmmm.
in the aforementioned new Rotosound ad (p. 24 of the June BP mag) it says "hear Billy play Rotosound strings on his first solo album "Compression"......."

odd how these endorsement deals work.....

Yea right on the inside of the CD it lists what Billy is using as far as gear, and it says he uses Charlie Stringer Strings. I personally have never heard of Charlie Stringer ...anything. You can actually e-mail him and get a response from billy himself. He tries to respond to all of his e-mail personally.
