Binaural Dummy Head

I was hoping to build my own binaural dummy head (kunstkopf) for recording- pretty much going for a dirt cheap, home-made model of a Neumann KU-100/KU-81. For mics, I think I'm just going to go with Panasonic electrets going through a home-made preamp. What I'm really curious about is how much the shape of the head and what materials to use. I've seen a variety of dummy heads used from mannequins to foam to science lab skulls, so I'm curious if anyone has any insight. I probably don't want to spend more than $50 on the head itself. I saw a crash test dummy head on ebay and was thinking that might work well, but it didn't have any outer ears- I'm hoping to make something with outer and inner ears. Is there some place where I could just buy a set of rubber ears w/ ear canals?
