Hi, I didn't know where else to turn, so I hope someone can help me! I need to write a bio for my bands page, but really don't know what to say about myself. Could anyone help?
- Where are you from
- When did you start playing
- Why do you like playing
- Your influences
Do you have a pic for your bio.

How is this?
I was born, and raised in South Philadelphia Pa.
I started playing in the early 70s, playing everything from"Grand Funk Railroad to Tower of Power
Opening for such acts as; The Futures, Kool & the Gang, to most recently , Boney James, and Rachelle Ferrell.
I play for the joy of playing! I'm not trying to be the next Jacob, but the best me I can be!
My influences; James Jameson, Willie Weeks, Chuck Rainey, and Larry Graham!!

Drop the "Jacob", nobody knows him. If you meant Jaco, drop him too. Hardly anyone (except bassists) would know to whom you are referring.
Yeah, nix them too; unless the target audience is musicians.Except musicians, who knows Boney James, and Rachelle Ferrell?

Change the semicolon to a colon between "such as; The Futures".
Yeah, I had already suggested that he just drop the semicolon. He seems to want something in there. The colon isnt even necessary. Though used where you suggested would still be correct.
