I think what you mean is the standard LACE humbucker Scott uses in the bridge position. I think the Hum/Single Lace thing works great! I see no reason to mess with it, and I think it would look a bit weird aesthetically as well. The Model one is fairly new as a standard offering, it's been used here and there on Birdsong customs over the years, and in an SD Curlee or two. The only one I can think of in the bridge position is this one, owned by

I was just curious more than anything..I really want Scott's recipe of his original idea and don't think I'd actually go through with changing pups..(I'll save that for another build lol) I have seen the Talasman and heard it on some videos posted by Edensong..that's what got me thinking about the pup change.. it sounds amazing ! I also like the Delano that Scott uses,(the single pup model in the sweetspot).. which gets me thinking..I wonder what a single Model one would sound like in the Birdsong "sweetspot" ?..I have to stop ! it's a sickness LOL . I'll go broke buying every pup configuration I can think of..
