Black strings?

rotosound also made a set of black strings but they were nylon wrapped if I remember right.but it was more of like a regular light gauge string wrapped from the ball end all the way up to the tuner. I cant remember what they were called.

Those were called something like 'Nomodic'- they had colored ball-ends, different colors for each string. They were a sort of Jaco signature set. Regular roundwound, no nylon or anything, just black lacquer, like the DR's. Nice string; I really liked them, wish they still made them but it's been 15 years or so since they have, as far as I know.

Will the D R black beatiues fit on a 35" scale? Because I'm curious to try these strings out.
