Black version of the REDDI DI box

I saw this in the background of a 10 year old video (link).
Does anybody have more information on it or knows what it is?
Just regular REDDI with a different color or is it a different product?

It's a higher-gain version that also can drive the tube a little if you want, IIRC. I don't see many of them around!
