He’s all up on instagram posting photos of himself with lee rocker. The way that this guy has taken advantage of you and others in the rockabilly bass community is despicable.

For what its worth ive played one and it was phenomenal, but hes taken you for a ride and that's shaged up.
Reason im here now is that he just posted a picture of a custom built guitar on Instagram and has the audacity to say in the description 'Get yours here'

If you haven’t heard a thing, I think blasting his social media accounts is warranted. I think he advertised something like #getyoursnow - I’d say - so by now you mean when you get around to it? He needs to be exposed for taking your - what $2,000.00 - and 2 years later nothing.

This is starting to remind me of the D huff bass thread on the bass guitar side. 12 years and still waiting.
You have to realize that revenge recommendations put Lucas in a bad position. He has already paid for most or all of the instrument. As long as he pursues this in a legal and ethical manner, there is still a chance it could get peacefully resolved. The minute he resorts to legal action or a smear campaign, he has surely forfeited that money.
Or maybe he just simply wants to maintain the ethical high road in this dispute. Plenty of people would rather lose money and keep their integrity, than win a settlement with despicable acts.

I’ve been busy with my job so I haven’t been available during business hours... but I’m in contact with someone who’s in the same boat and the lawyer said it’s a waste of time.... but he got ahold of jason and his is supposed to be done this week

I get taking the high road - at the same time - if Jason isn’t held accountable the cycle will continue. I have regret for not holding him accountable years ago.
