Blistered Figures

So Dose anyone have any tips on how to keep the pain down when playing with blisters. Can I use salve or do you guys have other remedies

I had to play with Bandaides on my fingers last year when I ripped my fingertips open and they wouldn't heal. I used Krazy Glue first and it worked, but ultimately made the problem much worse. Had to deal with it for about 6 months and was averaging 8-12 gigs a month.

Bandaides take a little getting used to, but if wrapped tightly and carefully - they work. And your fingers can heal.

It pays to have some plectrum technique. Blisters usually burst mid gig I've found.

I use nylon tapewound strings.
