Depends on the Mac laptop. Many of the Intel CPU models have replaceable parts. Some don't. The M-series are worse for user-serviceability, but that's true across the board, not just laptops.

When shopping for an old-stock or used Mac, check iFixit first. It has report cards on the repairability of various products and provide tutorials on how to repair or upgrade individual models. You can use those to inform your decision.

Your choices to block emi are at the source, or at the receiver (your bass, I presume). You can either surround your monitor/screen in a grounded metal box (which might make viewing difficult) or shield your bass.

Just to add to the above. I recently retired my 2010 iMac. The final straw was the not being able to access OneDrive to upload files. It stopped working with Safari and no other browsers would run on it.
If I updated the OS, the drivers for my (firewire) Saffire Pro40 wouldn't work. 14 years of service is pretty good for a computer though!

off topic a bit, but you can use the Pro 40 on a newer Mac via the Thunderbolt -> FW adapter.

The problem with THAT is finding the adapter, which was only available from Apple and has been discontinued.

on topic again -

So - if the source of EMI is inside the laptop, then how is ANY shielding of the laptop going to reduce/eliminate the EMI generated noise? Through Quantum Entanglement or the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle (or some other "spooky action at a distance")?

Any kind of pipework accessible in the room is usually a good starting point. Heating pipes, water pipes, etc. Just make sure you can get good electrical contact.

Do not try to use the ground from any electrical sockets or equipment in the room unless you are VERY confident that the grounding of your house is done correctly.

Thank you for giving me this idea. I will buy a mini pc and connect it to the TV, and keep the TV away from me, I think this is the only solution.

The funny thing is that I just learned that something called a mini pc has been invented 😂
