What exactly is the album you are referring to? Gary has used a number of bassists throughout his career.

Your comment is kind of like someone saying "Who plays drums for Sting?" It all depends upon which recordings you are referring to?

If you mean the Blues For Greeny album, then that was the Australian bloke Bob Daisley (who owns an amazing collection of vintage P-basses, and also has Ronnie Lane's old Zemaitis bass as well).
