Boss Katana 110

I have a Katana 210B.Ive had some minor issues with it as of late but the Katana combos sound good(my opinion/2 cents)and have some great onboard effects and great compression that you should find useful especially for playing metal and I guarantee you the amp will seem a lot louder than it's class ab 60 watts imply. The Katana combos weigh a little more than other similar combos on the market but the onboard effects and tone make it worthwhile.

What type of issues?

Just an odd thing.I was at band practice wednesday before last and all of a sudden there was no sound coming out of my amp.A few days later I plugged a cabinet into the output jack and it worked fine. The amp is setup to shut off the internal speakers when the output jack is used.So I ran that cable to the internal speakers and they are ok.Just a freak thing that will be easily repaired by an authorizes service center. The amp sounds great.Though I am surprised that you bought a single 110 combo to play metal thru.Is it loud enough for that?

That's frustrating. Glad to hear it's working. I actually decided to cancel it. It was just going to be a practice amp.
