Bought a Used Bass, need help with IDing the model

Like everyone else said, Vantage not Vigier. Made by Samick in Korea in the 90s the noffshored to Indonesia, and then China.
Hope you didn't pay Vigier price. That should have been $300 or so

My Vigier Excess. The big weird thing about the Excess is it has no adjustable truss rod but it’s always perfect. Big ole carbon fiber bar in there to keep’r from bending like a noodle

I agree with those who said they hope the original poster returns, we won’t judge you! It’s a very supportive community of bassists here, while there is spirited debate we all agree that people should really just enjoy the bass guitar, playing it and all other aspects.
