I need to make this more terrifying. I have a budget of approx. 100 dollars, plus or minus 50, so up to 150. Suggestions?

Why not run the delay through one half of the signal, rather than the whole thing?

And then, for the other half, pick up a Slow Gear clone (the Behringer one is like $20, IRRC).

Side A: Bass Big Muff>Bass Multichorus>DD-7

Side B: Micro Pog>Tech 21 XXL B >boss Ch-1 super chorus> Slow Gear

That way, you could fiddle with the DD-7 while having swashes of subterranean Slow Gear sound behind it. Maybe add in an AB/Y to bring it back to a mono signal?

This idea is quite appealing. Lately I've been enjoying feedback loops, but I don't really know why I haven't put the delay on one side...

I blacked it out with electrical tape, but it fell off (or was peeled off. I'm not sure.). I need to put black electrical tape on all of my pedals, because that is what all the [DEL]hipsters[/DEL] cool kids do, or so I am told...

I might. I could also use green or blue tape, too, but that might clash baldy with the orange of the DS-1.
