They're 24 fret basses. I recall the old Peavey Quad B basses were 24 fret bolt-ons. Perhaps a Carving bolt-on Bromberg would have similar specs minus the carbon graphite I suppose?
Ah ok, then definitely keep 24 frets on the bolt-on (of course I know my instrument after playing it since 1979, right?). A good business rule of thumb on new versions of any product is to not remove features that are in the other one the new version is based on. So since the current models are 24 fret, then good business sense would dictate that the bolt ons should also be 24 unless there's some really compelling reason to change it.
Then it's got everything the current models do but with the additional different feature of being a BO. Score!
Er, did I mention that I can't wait to get my B25... 6/28 is D-day... did I mention that? Certainly I did....
