Brian Cook/Moog Taurus!

Just saw Russian Circles last night. The ruled it!!!
When did Brian Cook Start Using the Moog Taurus? He was doubling some of his bass lines and it sounded great!

Awesome, he posted a pic of it on twitter not that long ago. Didn't think it was guna make it to the live show though. Has he ditched the korg??

Yeah the korg is gone.
He runs a Moog Taurus and the Roland SP-303 (or 202 not sure) with a table of effects.
His normal pedal rig which has stayed pretty consistent on the Empros Tour.
There are pics in pedal boards of the stars.

I never realized how much of a chordal role he play in RC until seeing them live.
He really fills of ton of sonic space.

oh **** yeah. its especially noticeable on Empros, although i think alot of the Geneva album is down to Brian aswell. I saw a vid of them recently playing 'Schipol' and i ****ing knew that ambient **** was him playing his whammy oct +1. awesooooome.

lookin forward to them hitting NZ. i'm going to both shows.
