Same here, couldnāt find any other string that lasted as long while keeping its brightness.I've been using (actually, using up!) my inventory of Dunlop Super Brights in both nickel and SS. They're more flexible than their counterparts thanks to the thinner core wire and one has to love the price tag. They retain their character over time and with use IMO.

I will 3rd that. Love using themNothing lasts longer than Elixir and theyāre pretty bright.
SIT Power Steels or Dunlop Stainless Steel Marcus Miller Superbrights. Both are reasonably priced and have good longevity. If you like more flexible strings: DR HiBeams, DR FatBeams, Marcus Miller Dunlop Super Brights, regular Dunlop Super Brights.
More rigid strings: DR LoRiders.
From my experience: wipe down your strings after playing (and don't already have dirty hands) with a paper towel and case the bass to reduce exposure to too much humidity/pollutants in air etc.
Iāve never had them, but I know several guys that use them and they change their strings every gig. I always just thought they were weird ;-)Saw at least one post recommending Rotosound. I assume they refer to RS66. I used them for decades and while they are super bright initially they really do not last long at all. I mean, you can keep playing them, but that zing goes quickly.
