I guess my experience these days is that companies do not take care of their customers, seems to be the way that things are going. Being the DIY kinda guy I am, I was gonna go out and try to replace the tweeter myself in my GK 410SBXII. I decided to call GK just in case, and after a brief conversation about the tweeter, and my efforts to troubleshoot, and the fact that it was still under warranty, the guy says "OK we need to get that replaced for you". So he transfers me to a very nice lady, who tells me that I need to take it it a GK authorized service center to get diagnosed and fixed. I said "NO WAY", I know for a fact that the shop down the street where I have had other repairs done has a three week wait just to look at it. After another brief discussion about my abilities to replace it myself (like it is really hard, just 4 screws) she asks for a copy of my reciept and my address, and she sent me a knew one, I put it in the other day, works great. GK did what they were supposed to do. I guess the netnet here is that in a world of companies that are not interested in taking care of their products, GK does what they said they would do when you bought it.
