Budget vs Expensive

Uli behringer built a small city in China, every item they sell is manufactured there. He has complete control of his manufacturing facilities and nothing is OEM'd or manufactured off-site. So no, the Orange was not built in the same factory as the behringer.

I don't know who else is getting their gear built there, but this looks awful big just for only "Beheringer" gear to be built there.

I don't see why it should shock anybody that a 90 watt combo can be made to sell for 280 bucks. It's 1970's technology.

I'm not saying it is. Where do you get that.
I'm basically saying don't be surprised if a VW, a BMW and a Audi have similarities in engineering and maybe get their bearings from the same place.

As far as Behringer. No electronics manufacturer outside of maybe Yamaha or Panasonic makes everything.
Behringer is a big fish in a small pond. Sure they dominate the budget musical instrument market, but that's a small market.
They certainly do source some components from outside builders. It is not uncommon for power supplies to be outsourced. I don't KNOW that Behringer does that, but many, larger companies than Behringer do.
Any way that is just speculation on my part.
