Yeah, they can be found under the "Available on Request" along with the Gallus, Tefano and I assume the normal doublecut Skelf. I know Alan has wanted to streamline his offerings and it looks like he kept the most popular body shapes as his main offerings.

Thanks, I'm really happy with how it's coming out. And Alan is fantastic for customer service. Always reachable and quick to respond with updates any time significant progress is made. And his spec/price sheets are detailed and updated if anything changes.

Great quality and service, especially when considering how reasonable his prices are.

Bang on. Basically Alan won't be making any Stock Versions of the shapes in the "Available on Request", but you can always still ask for them.

As a customer I certainly think so. The customer service and attention to detail are fantastic.

And as I've mentioned in another thread, one thing I really dig about Alan's approach is that from the beginning he both decided on some distinguishing features for his basses (0 degree radius, asymmetrical neck etc.) and partnered with some key people. John East who helped bring Alan's filte preamp to life, Larry Davis who supplies some amazing woods including the acrylized fingerboards, and Aaron Armstrong who builds all the custom ACG pickups.

All of these things added to Alan's amazing skills as a builder to make an ACG an ACG. I really think more people need to check them out.

I've played that very bass and I can confirm it sounds absolutely amazing!
So much clarity, weight and definition throughout the entire register from the low E to the 24th fret on the G string and that was just running the filter EQ wide open.
Every little thing you do is captured by the pickups, every single nuance.
Or who was playing in that clip was VERY impressed with the pickups and the bass for that matter, he's only human ;)
I think you're going to be very happy with this bass Jared.

All wood working done. Finish sanding tomorrow and the first coat of pore fill. Not long now!

Alan said the unloaded bass weighs 6.6 lbs so with hardware, electronics and finish he thinks it will be in the 9.5lb range. Amazing for a walnut bodied bass and those multicoils are not lightweight as pickups go!

My bass is just about done in finishing and assembly is about to start. John East is hopefully giving Alan the interface boards in the next few days and then it will be completed and ready to ship my way.

I'm expecting amazing things and I'm quite sure I won't be disappointed.
