A few people have asked for more pictures....sorry for the delay! I will say that the neck/body joint is solid and allows for easy access to all the frets. The myrtle top is thick! Don't know how thick, but will try to take a picture.
I forget the exact price of Chris's bass; he picked it up used. I'd prefer not to disclose the price I paid for my new bass; it might not be too helpful anyway since what you want for your bass (woods, construction, electronics, etc.) will affect the price you're quoted. I considered several other brands before deciding to go with Martin Keith, and thought that having him build a bass was the best value for me, particularly when I considered his experience as a full-time luthier for Veillette.
