I just finished both the 5 string electro-acoustic & this build. Thank you! As others have said, both basses are exquisite examples of craftsmanship and beauties to behold. Every time I follow a build I learn new techniques, design & build methodology. I have enjoyed both threads as they are well illustrated and written and I have learned quite a bit about building acoustic/electric instruments.
Down side, now I've had to add another project to my list of future builds. The list is growing faster than I can build!
