Building PJ Jaguar bass. Thoughts on bridge pickup?

Hiya. I’m building a Jaguar bass with a Precision pickup (Fralin +5% most likely). I was assuming I would have a J bridge pickup, to make use of the real estate and all the switches. Though I’m really not committed to a PJ, I’ve never been a huge fan of the sound, or the look of the two pickups with their significant difference in shape and width.

So I’m wondering about alternative bridge pickups. Nordstrand has a variety of soapbars that could be cool? G&L MFDs are always rad (k mod). I’m always stingray-curious, but I don’t want a preamp, and I also don’t want a huge traditional MM pickup in there. I also don’t have my concept on how the output of these or others would match with a slightly overwound P. Thoughts? Suggestions?

A stacked/double J could be interesting, and it also gives you a number of tone options.
