Burger King Vs McDonalds

Carl's Jr has the best burgers of the majors. Cooked over fire which is the best way.
I disagree. I always get a stomach ache from C.J. or McD, which is why I don't eat there.
Carls Jr. was good when I was a kid living in Montclair, CA. Now, it doesn't seem all that good anymore.

I suspect that has something to do with growing older and tastes changing. I thought it used to be good too, now, not so much. I could metabolize it quickly in my youth, now, it feels like a brick in my stomach.
Has your mother ever made anything as good as a McDonalds fry?

Yes; lots better. MickeyD's fries are some of the nastiest thing ever made out of a potato, IMO. But then, I grew up in England, eating fish n' chips, so my preference is for big, greasy "steak fries" kind of things. Or German ones, with lots of mayo. Fries at McDonalds are too much like those potato-stick things in a can for me. Best fries for me, here in 'Merica, are the ones at FatBurger.

Yeah, I know it's wierd; Koreans seemed to like them that way, too, when I was stationed there. "When in Rome..."
Burger King tastes better, only thing McDonald's is is king of salt. I might drift to the McTreachery, but I usually end up thinking, "ohh heartburn. Nice."
Mcdonalds tastes better than any of them- they have the perfect ratio of sugar to fat to salt.
Best fast food burger hands down is InNOut but im on the wrong coast.
Only.burger I eat out of the house for health reasons is Wild Willys cause they will upsell you to grass fed beef which is usually the only beef I will eat.

However, if you're lucky enough to be where they have them, Culvers is far superior to any of them. In food and service. A little higher in price, but much worth it.
I'm not making it up, I managed the one on Connecticut Ave in Georgetown, Washington DC. Sanitation was not a priority. They advertise that the beef is never frozen, that's why you can only get burgers well done, the meat is iffy . Also it's 65/35 fat content. There were other things going on that made it the only restaurant I ever worked in where I would not eat the food.

If you managed it and there was no focus on cleanliness and things going on that would make you not eat there then why didn't you report it? why, as a manager would you let such things go on?
