I sincerely hope you do get retribution of some sort from this situation, as well as anyone else who may have seen the bad end of the deal from this individual.
It's just frustrating for other independent builders, when things like this take place for a customer and they in turn get burned and carry some resentment in future transactions.
I'm in the midst of building a small business myself and hate hearing stories like these, but they do happen.

Once the word is out what Mr Buzzard is doing he will have to close shop and find something else. I guess some guys just don't care about the business they worked so hard to make happen.

Can't and won't speculate on his family matters. What does matter is that he has resurfaced posting his new address and email, and will provide his phone to current customers. Looks to me like he's trying to get back on the horse. I'd say cut him some slack. Give him a fair shake to get the ball rolling again.

For the record, I have not purchased anything. Just been reading. The note on the website sounds like a messed up situation and has really got me thinking about other situations not related.

Does he address the issue of unfilled orders anywhere? Or have you guys just filed paypal grievances and received a refund? Just curious.
