I've got the MIA Deluxe and its dead silent. I would think Fender has the guitar building thing nailed by now.
On my big rig, it's almost DEAD SILENT. Then if I bump fingers on strings or move the guitar or bump stuff the volume is Emmense with several thousand watts of amplification awaiting me.
If I had a hum and buzz problem there's no way I'd even turn the rig on... I'd go mow the lawn or something instead.
There's a problem in his signal chain here that needs found.
NOW, everybody probably doesn't remember. I had a severe hum pickup issue here when the rig was setup in the dining room. The main house power feed runs under my floor and the bass would inductively pick up the hum. I'd turn 90 degrees and the hum would somewhat null. That all left with moving the rig to the living room.
