I have a 2x12 open back guitar combo I can't sell so is there any way to convert it into a bass cab?

You could transform a bus into an airplane too with enough effort, but in the end it's not worth it. Just get the real deal, used if you can't afford new.

Well at least now I can just cut the amp and reverb unit out and seal the top nicely and give to the guitarist.
