I have a question, I bought a new Gallien Krueger backline 600, 300 watts, and a GK bass cab backline series, 200 watts, is there a problem if i use my 300 watts amplifier in a 200 watts cab ??

You will be fine as long as you use common sense.
It is very common to power cabs with an amp with double or even triple the rating of the cab. Just because you have the power doesn't mean that you have to use it!
Listen to the tone of your amp at a reasonable volume. The louder you crank the amp the more you will hear a shift in the frequencies being produced...this is normal.
You will reach a point where the sound out of your cab will start to distort or as pointed out earlier, fart. When you hit that point, roll back on the volume until it goes away. You should be fine.
BTW, the 300w rating of your amp is at 4 ohms. Is your 200w cab a 4 ohm or an 8 ohm cab?

I think you'll be fine as long as you don't push the cab so hard as to cause nasty low frequency distortion(the fart). I also think that the cab and amp are supposed to go together anyways.
