Can anyone help me get this sound?

I recently stumbled across exactly the bass sound I've been looking for, but can't seem to find any information how the bassist is getting it (plenty information on the guitarists set-ups...).

I'm looking for the thunder sound that starts at about 2:08 in this song:

I've tried a bunch of distortion/drive/fuzz pedals, but they are all quite "clippy" and have an accent on high end. This is all rumble, no fizz. Any ideas?

.

This popped into my head, but there is a new version, with hi lo switch.....it Def sounds like a bi amp or a clean deep track under the distortion....

Thank you! How did you find this?! I googled "jani zubkovs pedalboard" and this didn't show up anywhere :( Thanks again!

No worries, I usually start with a google search of whoever I'm looking for and like BasementWarrior said use the terms "bass rig" "rig" "pedalboard". after that I normally just head over to that Equipboard site and search there.

Surprised nobody has mentioned it yet but there are some darkglass pedals that will probably get you close to that as well. Maybe a Microtubes X Ultra?

If distortions, fuzz, etc accent the highs too much? I generally, then, switch the effect to my lows, and leave my highs clean. Changes the effect entirely. But, I generally run a stereo rig, for this kind of purpose. A blend or side chain effects loop with a mix control can help, too.
