Can anyone identify this weird violin bass?

I have never seen a headstock quite like this. The whole thing is weird compared to what most violin basses look like.

There are other ones with bodies like that. univox i believe made them like that- or a similar company. the headstock looks like a knockoff of the scroll that the basses im thinking of had- im sure someone else will know who made those.

That might be an Eko violin bass.

Is it made in Japan or made in Italy? It does look like an Eko (and they were made in Italy).

Looks like either a Univox or an Eko.

It's a Sekovia made in Japan, a copy of Eko's 995 violin bass.
