Can I get a little P/J love?

I bought a Reggie Hamilton Standard Jazz and loved it. See my profile for why I don't still have it. My next project will definitely be a passive P/J Warmoth.

It's a Mark Hoppus Sig with an added Jazz 1/4 lbs and tone knobs.

Mines is nothing special, and is pretty crummy looking in comparison to the rest of the nice basses going about this thread.
But it was cheap, it sounds good, and is my main gigging bass ATM.
Its got the DP126 set of DiMarzios in it (the Model P and Model J).
Its fully shielded and has a series and parallel switch for each pickup, a series and parallel switch between pickups, single tone control and concentric volume control.

It doesn't matter. It's freakin' awesome - good looking work on the pup rout too. I'm wanting to build a Warmoth P/J Jazz in one of those cool 50s/60s colors. My quest for a P/J lead me from a cheapie Aria all the way to this beauty, courtesy of Bud LeCompte. I am a big fan of the P/J combination, and this one has Nordstrands, the NP5 and an NJ5S split coil bridge jazz. It sounds just awesome, a really beautifully voiced bass.

That is a stunning bass!! Being a fellow SSTS 5 owner, I can imagine it plays beautifully too

You know it does! It's honestly the best playing bass for me of any I've ever tried. It plays so well in fact, there may be a fretless STSS5 under the tree this year if all goes well...
