Ditto to all of the complimentary posts above. Let me add a special note of thanks to ErikPBass. I had been communicating with him about a bass he's selling, when I received some rather unpleasant work-related news. Not only did he understand that I would have to postpone any purchases, but he took the time to pass along some encouraging words.

Glen is an entertainer. He has his little low signal to noise ratio schtick going. Kinda like the late Sam Kinison. Except not very funny.
Never thought to intervene on any other forum ... this one deals with the subjects of my passion, users are nice and exchanging opinions here is generally rewarding ... great forum 
I have found the best tips about gear and sound on this site. Technique? Not so much but at least I sound better!

Welcome! Overall, it's a pretty supportive group. There are a few that will likely rub you the wrong way, just click on their profile and then click "Ignore" and you won't see them again. That's my favorite TB feature.
Oh... no... sorry, I cant read it. Like I cant read notes, and cant do math, and like I can hardly fill up any avarage form (Too many lines giving me headache). Bad dyslexia for those things. I need to be told/shown things in a very simple way.. Sorry, this is just me... really strange.... but this is who I am

Welcome. You are in good company here. I too have had a life long running battle with Dyslexia. The fact you have got this far is a testament to your strength.
Information upload is really hard for me too. Putting sentences together so I have something intelligent coming out me mouth instead of jibberish is equally hard.
Got OCD, ADHD, and CAD. All letters that won't increase my pay, just aggrevate my day.

TB is one of the more civilized music-related forums to be found. Most forums are full of egos, attitudes and punks - and I have been thrown off all of those for some reason 
Give credit where it's due...to the mods. They do a really good job
