Can somebody help me out with this P-up (actually a ramp)

I'm planing on building a bass similar to Chris Wolstenholme's NOAH bass Excalibur but I'm stumped on a piece of hardware he has equipped. Right under his Stock 50's single coil neck pick-up, he has what looks like a monster of a bridge pick-up. Ive searched all over the inter-web :ninja: with no luck of anything close to that. The only thing I know is that its supposedly just another single coil pick-up.

It's definitely a ramp, albeit a very homemade one...
Ramps are a block of wood normally placed between the two pickups to continue the effect of playing over a pickup. Normally they are matched to the radius of the fingerboard to give a better feel than a flat pickup. This one is flat on his and pretty high so it leads me to believe that he has a flat fingerboard (not too rare these days)
When it comes to ramps, we can all thank Gary Willis! (although I don't use one!)

In this case the ramp is built partly between and OVER the bridge pickup (if he has one that is as this is a classic p bass design like Sting's).
It may not be flat after I've looked at it again, but it's not as curved as most.
